Embracing Grace: Getting All Our Ducks In A Row

We're getting all our grace ducks in a row today. I have so much to share with you, I feel like I'm bursting at the seams. I decided that to help get my ducks in a row and for you to know what to expect, we need to get on the same page. That's the goal today.

Soul work begins when we take time to reflect. Lessons on grace.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR "EMBRACING GRACE" JOURNEY

My heart's desire is that at the end of our journey together, you and I will be free to be all that God created us to be, without all the baggage we fight against daily.

THE TIMELINE
I will not send daily emails, but will do a weekly email to subscribers. Posts will go live every morning at 5 AM CST here on the blog, and in the afternoons I'll post on my Facebook page.

THE SOUL WORK
We're going to do a little soul work together. But this is not an in-depth Bible study or retreat workshop. Ain't nobody got time for that right now! This is about friends chilling out together over a hot cup of coffee, exploring some of the basic truths we all struggle with.

THE DAILY CHALLENGE
Soul work begins when we take time to reflect. And I believe everything worth achieving has a little elbow grease put into it. So grab a notebook to process some of the thoughts and misconceptions you have about grace over the course of our weeks together. I'm going to challenge us by throwing in some little "grace nuggets' for us to ponder each day. Time to put your thinking cap on!

THE GRACE TOOLBOX
We will have some quality tools to use and truths to embrace once we have finished this journey together!

Bonus: I will have a few extra freebies in store just for subscribers

THE DAILY CHALLENGE

  1. Define grace, in your own words.
  2. Define what you think it means to truly embrace something. (this is hard!)
Don't look these words up. We'll get all Smarty Pants McGee on this journey together. Today is all about YOUR thoughts on embracing grace.

P.S. I really want to encourage you to do this exercise. Because to coin a phrase from one of my favorite movies, The Princess Bride:

“You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.” – Inigo Montoya
