Time Flies When You're Pondering Grace!

When I was a kid, my mom always told me that 'time flies when you're an adult.' I always thought she was a little crazy because, as a kid, it seemed like time always dragged on each day. 'You just wait,' mama said, 'when you are older the days will blur together.'

Mama was right! Time flies, not just when you are having fun. But when you are challenged too! I seriously can't believe that the month is almost to a close! I am five days from completing my first #write31days challenge. How crazy! I NEVER do things like this on a whim. Look at me all whim-like standing here! So excited to say that I took this challenge and am owning it like a boss!

When is the last time you tackled a challenge? Like really just took a leap of faith and went way outside your comfort zone to try something new? I really think you should do it! Even if it's just asking an acquaintance to join you for a cup of coffee. What's the worst that could happen? She says no, and life goes on, right?

If you have been joining me on this 31-day journey to Embracing Grace, I want to encourage you to take some time to catch up on missed posts today and tomorrow. I have a fun, final day planned for us and think it would be worthwhile for you to catch up on the Daily Grace Challenges if you have time.

Today, I am leaving you to ponder a quote from one of my favorite authors, A.W. Tozer. If you haven't met A.W. yet, you must head to your nearest library and become fast friends. He's a deep thinker, with some beautifully rich, theologically-sound thoughts on grace, faith and deepening our relationship with the Savior.

Your Daily Grace Challenge

Go back and catch up on posts for the "Embracing Grace" series so we can come together on the final day next Monday and celebrate the freedom that comes from accepting this beautiful gift.
